Stage I β 'Poor' AQI 201β300 IN FORCE

- C&D projects on plots β₯500 sq m not registered on the state/GNCTD dust portal are not permitted #2

Stage III β 'Severe' AQI 401β450

- Dust-generating C&D banned in NCR: excavation, boring/drilling, piling, all demolition, open-trench cabling/pipes, brick/masonry, RMC plants, major welding, painting/polishing, plaster, tile cutting, road construction, moving cement/sand/bricks, construction vehicles on unpaved roads #1(i)
- Stone crushers and all mining closed in NCR #2β3
- BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel 4-wheelers (LMVs) restricted in Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonipat, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddh Nagar (exemption for persons with disabilities) #4
- Delhi-registered diesel BS-IV & below MGVs restricted; outside-registered diesel BS-IV & below MGVs and LGVs not allowed into Delhi #5β7

- States may close colleges, non-emergency commercial activity, run odd-even #5

- LNG / CNG / electric / BS-VI diesel trucks allowed to enter Delhi #1β2

- Limit non-essential outdoor activity
- Children, pregnant women, elderly and chronically ill: stay indoors; wear a mask outdoors
